For orders paid through PayPal, the total amount will have +5% increase for administration fees.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you must create it if you want to pay your purchase using this method of payment.
Creating an account is very simple. Go to www.paypal.com/us/ and click on "create an account" and complete the form with your data.
Link a debit or credit card or a bank account to your PayPal account. Your financial information is secure thanks to an automatic encryption system.
Pay your purchases by entering your e-mail address and your password, no need to share your financial information with the seller.
Payment through PayPal means pay 100% in advance.

Payment by transfer must comply to LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. to the account number we will be indicated you through e-mail. Remember that it is essential when proceeding to the transfer, you indicate the order number which is communicated at the time of the confirmation of purchase. You will have to proceed to an initial transfer corresponding of 50 % of the total amount.
The balance of the remaining 50% will be paid by bank transfer before the shipment of the order.Under no circumstances we will accept cheques Bank or similar.

Our payment system doesn't accept American Express card.
Payment through CREDIT CARD means pay 100% in advance.

Prices and delivery costs



By virtue of Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of 27 April. Article Ten. Modification of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, on Value Added Tax of the tax regulations in force (only for EU countries), we inform you that the VAT corresponding to your country will be applied, maintaining in any case the price indicated on our website, so that although in your invoice the amounts corresponding to the taxable base and the taxes may be modified, the cost of the product for you will be the same. In the case that there is an intra-Community VAT number, this new regulation will not be applied.

Orders that customers realize throughwww.luxurylofteurope.com/, the prices applied will be those proposed and indicated on the web site of the product at the time of the corresponding order, unless there is an error. In all cases, LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. has the right to change prices for products offered at any time, even if they will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the recording of the order. All information about the price comparison, discounts applied on products and/or savings obtained by the customers are calculated using the information provided by the manufacturer or, where appropriate, using prices which have been verified by LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. for these products.

Our deliveries are made by specialized carriers in furniture. Delivery in UK will be done on street-level front-door of the customer's home address. Contact us for more information or for other destinations.

We inform that the furniture assembly is only available in Spain and in the Balearic Islands.

INFORMATION: For sales to Canary Islands, the IGIC taxes will be paid by customer and also for sales to Ceuta y Melilla, the IPSI taxes will be paid by customer.


The client will pay orders through PayPal (+5% for administration fees), bank transfer or credit card as specified in the paragraph "payment terms".

Delivery of the material

LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. is committed to deliver the material of the order in perfect condition, at the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.

With the data from professionnal or individual, the EORI is obtained, which will be made up of the following:

This is an internal UK regulation and it is mandatory.

Our deliveries are made by specialized carriers in furniture. Delivery in UK will be done on street-level front-door of the customer's home address. Contact us for more information or to other destinations.
In case of not being able to deliver the order on the scheduled day and hour due to the customer's absence or access difficulties not previously notified, an additional cost equivalent to a new delivery will be charged to the customer.
In case it is not possible to deliver the furniture through the lift or by the stairs, it will be necessary a furniture elevator. The customer will have to pay this extra cost.
It is the responsibility of the client to carry out the delivery to the provided address during working hours which transport companies distribute their deliveries.
IMPORTANT: If for any reason the customer delays the dispatch of the order for our international carrier, after having being notified of the dispatch, for more than 20 days LUXURYLOFT DECORACIÓN, S.L. reserves the right to charge for the storage of the furniture from the 21st day.
This will involve an extra cost of EURO 50.00 per week.
The customer will have to pay the corresponding extra storage costs before the shipemnt of the order.
Once the completed purchase of the order process and the payment of the total amount received,
LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. can then send the material to the customer. LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. cannot compromise themselves to send the products with a date to be determined because the shipment date will depend on in last instance by the carriers and manufacturers. Please note that the manufacture of the products offered on the web, is still on demand, time manufacturing and delivery time is estimated at between 45 to 55 working days for standar sizes. For special sizes, about 60/70 working days.
The delivery time of your order may be subject to significant variations due to reasons beyond our control, such as manufacturing or transport delays, as weel as any other extraordinary cirmumstances.
Delivery will be deemed to be carried out from the moment where material will be made available from the client to the delivery address indicated. The risk with respect to equipment (loss, damage, scratches, shock or theft) will be transmitted to the client from the moment where the furniture will be at its disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the present general conditions.

If the delivery of your order involves additional costs (customs duties, taxes or any other costs), in accordance with the regulation in force in your country of residence, these will be fully at the charge of the customer.

If the product(s) sent is (are) damaged on delivery, the customer must indicate this on the delivery note from the transport company and inform immediatly LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. in writing an e-mail within 24 hours.(e-mail: luxuryloft.postventa@gmail.com), which will indicate the procedure to be followed. If a piece of furniture is replaced, it will be made in the same dimensions and finishes as those indicated in your order confirmation. Under no circumstances will we accept changes in measurements and/or finishes or repairs to the furniture on behalf of the client and invoiced to LUXURYLOFT DECORATION, SL.


The guarantee and the after-sales service will be governed by the provisions of the Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the general law for the defense of consumers and users.
LuxuryLoft Decoración, S.L. offers a guarantee of its products, in legally established terms, for a period of three years from the date of delivery.
In case of defective product, LuxuryLoft Decoración, S.L., will, as the case may be, repair or replace the product. These steps will be free for the consumer and the user.
This warranty will not be effective if the product has been exposed to high temperatures or inadequate moisture, as well as knocks or scratches.
To make use of the guarantee within the established legal period, you will need to present proof of purchase.

Force Majeure

LUXURYLOFT DECORACIÓN, S.L. will not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of products if this is due to a circumstance of force majeure, including general, territorial or sectoral strikes, floods, fires, etc. .....

Despite all the resources at our disposal, there is always sick leave, which has a direct impact on our work and causes some delays in production and deliveries.

All products on this website, are custom furniture, having been manufactured according to their own specifications, and is therefore subject to the regulations contained in Article 103 c) of the General Law of Consumers and Users.

In accordance with the regulations in force concerning the sale of custom-made furniture, and in particular under the provisions of Article 103 (c) of the General Consumers Act, which is only a reflection of the provisions of Community legislation, being a clear example of the same Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997, in particular provided for in Article 6 (3) it is not possible the withdrawal purchase of furniture manufactured in accordance with consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized, as in the case of acquisition on this website.

Other conditions

In case one of the clauses of these general conditions is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and must be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these general conditions.
The fact not to exercise LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. any right derived from the present general conditions, it will be never construed as one waives this right, which can only be done expressly and in writing.
LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. reserves the right to modify at any time the present general conditions, which will in all cases be always available and easily visible www.luxurylofteurope.com, being freely available to all members and users who wish to consult them.
The acceptance of these general conditions will be a prior and essential condition for the use of the site and for any order through the same means.
These terms and conditions constitute the sole and the express will of LUXURYLOFT DECORACION, S.L. and its customers in relation to the object, and it cancels and replaces any other arrangements or agreements that may exist, be it verbal or written between the parties. Any changes to these terms must be in writing and by mutual agreement between the parties.
